Responsible for forming and finalising a 3G Network Contract with an infrastructure vendor. The Contract was for the supply of Core and UTRAN for the ‘home’ network of Orange Sweden and the challenge was to enable a clear definition of the realistic delivery timescales, future software releases, corresponding specifications and penalties and liabilities of the vendor in case of delays.  Advice on other procurement activities of service and transport networks.
